Ishmel Colion, is an Independent American rapper, writer, and producer. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Gorilla Money Cartel and one half of the duo Rubberband Clan. Being raised around music he was influenced at a very young age running around the house as a toddler hollering "I Need A Beat." His inspiration stems from music of the 70's and 80's.
